We have known Mark Seiden for over 16 years and have worked with him on over 7 real estate transactions. During this time, we moved for a variety of reasons. We worked with other real estate agents prior but concluded that Mark had the most experience and best understanding of the Westchester real estate market to meet our needs. Our experience with Mark and his team has been nothing short of phenomenal. We live outside the country and were not in NY at all during the entire sale process. Mark, Allyson, and Amy orchestrated a team of professionals to remodel the house: install a new kitchen and bathroom, purchase appliances, do landscaping work, and remove debris.
