Allyson did a wonderful job of assisting us in appraising the sale value of our condo. She was particularly helpful in advising us on how we should "stage" our place; what was necessary to do to prepare our place for the market, what was optional, and what not to do. The whole Seiden team was amazing! They scheduled every-other-week open houses, were completely prepared for COVID precautions, and getting potential buyers in to look. The team also helped us the entire process; preparing our unit, showing the property, discussion offers, and finally the sale. They prepared written reports for us following each showing and open house as well as a summary report. The team really worked hard to get potential buyers in to view the property! The market had slowed by the time we were selling, and the Seiden team really worked to consistently bring in potential buyers and maintain contact with us. I would definitely recommend them!
