Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway: November 26, 2024

It’s that time of year again – our FAVORITE Client Appreciation Event is just around the corner! Our 9th Annual Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway is on Tuesday, November 26th from 10:30am – 6pm! Thanksgiving is about gratitude and we want to show you how grateful we are for your business, support, and those AWESOME referrals! What better way to say thanks than with a 10″ FREE PIE!? Choose between Pumpkin Pie or Dutch Apple Pie, baked by Stew Leonard’s!

We will serve as a collection site for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Campaign, so please bring a new, unwrapped toy for a child in need! We’ll also collect gently used or new coats for the Community Center of Northern Westchester. Please bring your donations to our Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway. Together, we can help those in our community. Looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday, November 26th!

Find Out What Makes a Great Referral.

All It Takes Is ONE Referral!

As you may or may not know, a lot of an agent’s business comes from personal referrals. Personal referrals are what continues to grow our business and helps us give even more back to our community.

And remember, all it takes to get on and stay on our Client Appreciation list is a referral!!

Ok, let me help you with what makes a great referral. Unfortunately, people “just giving out my name and or business cards” rarely gets me a call. It’s a nice gesture, but I just don’t hear from the person you gave my name to very often. I receive and sell the greatest number of referrals when I receive a name and cell number of the referral directly from you… so I am able to call the prospective buyer or seller directly.

So please get me their names and cell numbers… and permission for me to call them directly! You don’t have to attempt to convince your referral to “absolutely use me.” Just convince them to speak to me and to provide you with their names and cell phone numbers. That’s all I need! I’ll take it from there. It should be much easier for you to get their information if you are not attempting to convince them to make a snap decision right then and there to use me. I just need the opportunity to speak to them. Will you please commit to getting me just ONE of these types of referrals this year? I would so appreciate it!

I not only sell real estate in Ossining and Briarcliff Manor where we have our office, but all of Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange and Rockland Counties in New York as well as Fairfield County, Connecticut too. I am able to refer out to any other area, State or Province in North America too. If I am not able to assist the client directly, then I will refer them to a great agent who works in that location.

Client Appreciation Movie Event: September 7, 2024

Our Client Appreciation Movie Event on September 7th was such a blast! We had a private showing of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the long-awaited sequel to the 1988 classic. It was a real treat watching the original cast return for another round of supernatural fun. We LOVED spending time with our AMAZING clients! The attendance was fantastic! Thank you to our FANTASTIC sponsors: Allan Block Insurance, SavATree, and Stone Home Inspections LLC. And in the true spirit of giving, we collected over 100 canned goods to donate to the Ossining Food Pantry. Thank YOU, our clients, for your generous donations, business, support, and those AWESOME referrals!

An "adults-only" soiree, we invite a local wine merchant to select a particular region of wines and teach our clients a little bit about them! We also offer delicious appetizers and small plates.

Thanksgiving just wouldn't be complete without pie! Each year we give our past, present and future clients a Thanksgiving pie to take home and enjoy for the holiday. It's our way of saying "Thank You" for all the support and referrals throughout the year. We are so grateful for each and every one of you!

Blockbuster Movie Event 2019: Captain Marvel – March 2019

For our 2019 movie event we rented out a movie theater and had a premiere showing of Captain Marvel for our amazing clients! This event is great for families of all ages.

Wine Tasting Event 2019 – June 2019

An "adults-only" soiree, we invite a local wine merchant to select a particular region of wines and teach our clients a little bit about them! We also offer delicious appetizers and small plates.

Fall Carnival 2019 – September 2019

A day of fun for the whole family! Enjoy carnival games, a petting zoo, lots of great food and a chance to dunk Mark Seiden into a dunk tank! Our first year turnout was amazing with over 200 people in attendance.

This year we hosted our first shredding event! With spring comes spring cleaning so take this time to get rid of your clutter or confidential documents with us!

Drive-In Movie Event – September 25, 2020

Who doesn’t love a drive in movie?! This year we gave our typical movie day a slight twist by taking it outdoors! We watched the awesome box office hit from the 80s, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, while maintaining our social distancing! This event is great for families of all ages.

Shredding Event – March 20, 2021

With spring comes spring cleaning! We managed to raise over $2,300 for the Ossining Food Pantry at this event! Thank you all for taking the time to get shredded with us!

Golf Event – June 26, 2021

Our mini-golf event was a huge success! Thank you all for spending an afternoon playing golf, watching our awesome magician and playing some great games like giant Jenga and basketball!

Our Wine and Beer Tasting Event was a huge success! Over 150 of our most valued clients enjoyed delicious hors d'oeuvres, tasted some wonderful wines (provided by Best Wine Purveyors) and sampled great beers (provided by Sing Sing Kill Brewery). A big shout out goes to our amazing sponsors: Allan Block Insurance, Burke Energy, Enveloping Sound, Law Offices of Paolo Conte PLLC, Mirage Mirror & Glass, Narska Architects, Plumb It Now, Robison Oil, SavATree, Well Collab Acupuncture and Westchester Home Consultants! And as you know, giving back to our community is of utmost important to us. This year, we asked our clients to bring high-need items for Ossining Padres Hispanos! We love our clients and our community! And don't forget.... we LOVE referrals!!

Thanksgiving Event – November 21, 2023

Our Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway event was a HUGE success! We distributed over 200 pies to our past, present and prospective clients. Additionally, we collected over 100 gently used coats and sweaters to donate to IFCA and over 100 toys to donate to the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Campaign. We host this event to thank our clients for their business, support and referrals throughout the year. We are so grateful for each and every one of you!

Wine Tasting Event – July 9, 2024

We had an INCREDIBLE time at our Client Appreciation Wine Tasting Event! Our clients got to taste DELICIOUS wines, provided by Best Wine Purveyors, and enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres, provided by the Briarcliff Manor. We had 15 AWESOME sponsors: Allan Block Insurance, Budget Blinds of Ossining, Burke Energy, Carpet Giant, Douro Construction, Enveloping Sound, Greyston Bakery, John’s Painting & Carpentry, Kumon of Ossining, Law Offices of Paolo Conte PLLC, Logrea Dance Academy, Mocks Mobile Detailing, Mike Risko Music, Robison Oil and SavATree. We feel very strongly about giving back to our community. At this event, we collected donations for Ossining Padres Hispanos, a local non-profit in Ossining which assists families in need. We appreciate your donations SO much!
